Complete longblock refurbishment & race spec build

Bottom end

• New oversized hypereutectic pistons (.50) and ring set replacement

• Rebore & hone 4 cylinders

• Top hat cylinder sleeve (3)

• Deck skimmed

• Crankshaft & connection rod inspection & polish

• ACL race bearings (big end) & King race bearings (main)

• Engine block finished in high temperature race blue paint

Cylinder head

• Cylinder head pressure checked and deck warp tested

• Valve steam seals replaced

• Intake & exhaust valves reground

• New OEM head gasket & head bolts

• New OEM water pump & timing belt

• All torque to yield bolts have been replaced

• All rubber seals and o-rings have been replaced

• All parts have been thoroughly cleaned and examined
